London, June 2017. Member of the Honorary Committee, Cllr Clare Head has agreed to become a trustee of the Portuguese Centenary Appeal.
Cllr Head represents South Twickenham ward. She was the Mayor of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames in the 2011/2012 Municipal Year and is currently responsible for the city twinning programme of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
